WHO WE ARE
RWCA is a community organisation that has supported Turkish, Kurdish, migrant, refugee and worker communities across London for over 30 years. We work with individuals and families of all ages, helping people overcome challenges, access opportunities and build stable, connected lives.
Moving to a new country often brings uncertainty, language barriers and difficulties adapting to a new environment. Many migrants and workers also face challenges understanding their rights, accessing services and navigating unfamiliar systems. RWCA supports people through this journey by providing advice, advocacy, education and community-based programmes that help individuals settle into life in the UK, understand their rights and become active members of society.
We support migrant workers and communities by helping people access information, guidance and opportunities that strengthen confidence, independence and social inclusion. Through cultural activities, education and shared experiences, we bring people together and create welcoming spaces where children, young people, women, families and older people can feel supported and connected.
RWCA is more than a charity — we are a community built on solidarity, inclusion and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to belong and thrive.
