We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to feel safe, connected and able to build a brighter future.
Mission
Our mission is to support individuals and families as they overcome barriers and build new lives in the UK. Through advice, advocacy, education and community programmes, we help people access opportunities, understand their rights and feel more confident in navigating life in a new country.
We are committed to supporting migrant workers and communities by improving access to information, guidance and support services. We work to strengthen community connections, encourage participation and help people become active and valued members of society.

Our Impact
For over 30 years, RWCA has worked to strengthen communities and support people in building more secure and connected lives. Through our programmes and services, we help reduce isolation, improve access to support and create opportunities for people to participate more actively in society.
